The Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) is a non-profit association that assists its member lotteries in multi-jurisdictional game development. Each MUSL member offers one or more of the games generally facilitated by MUSL, but retains its independent statutory duties regarding ticket sales, retailer authorization, prize payments, income offsets, and other responsibilities.
Trademarks
The Multi-State Lottery Association owns and holds numerous intellectual properties for the sole benefit of its Members. These include patent, copyright and trademark registrations on games, game names, game features, slogans, logo designs and many other intellectual properties in and outside the United States.
Any use or reproduction of these intellectual properties without the specific written authorization of the Multi-State Lottery Association is prohibited.
